Amy at Bliss was one of my favorite vendors we worked with. In an industry where many wedding professionals took days and even weeks to respond to questions, Amy *always* responded to my emails and phone calls within 24 hours. She was always a joy to work with and I could feel her enthusiasm for her profession just oozing out of her. And the flowers! Gorgeous! She took the spirit of the dozens of inspiration photos we gave her and guided us flawlessly to decisions. My bouquet was even better than I'd dared to dream and the centerpieces were stunning! She worked magic in creating the exact vision I had trouble articulating. In addition, she seemed genuinely glad to help us fit the floral vision into our budget. She was upfront on all costs and was extremely easy to work with in trimming items here and there to accommodate our budget. My one and only complaint is that one of the florals we used prominently (dusty miller) wilted very quickly - even before the ceremony began. I'm sure that's more of a reflection on dusty miller itself though. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy and her staff at Bliss. Her attitude, vision, work, and responsiveness are...

I was so lucky to find Amy at Bliss Extraordinary Florals and have the opportunity to work with her on my wedding flowers!! Her ideas and arrangements were stunning and she surprised everyone at the reception with her gorgeous arrangements! Amy literally came to my rescue when she became my wedding florist and I consider myself so incredibly fortunate that circumstances fell into place the way they did so that we could work with her. Amy was understanding and made me feel so comfortable- from the first second I talked to her, I knew there was no one else I wanted to work with on my wedding florals! Amy was kind, responsive, a great listener, and really took time to evaluate and imagine what I wanted for my day. She took so much care to ensure that I had things exactly the way I wanted them, and within a reasonable price range that I could be comfortable with. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went into the studio, but Amy took the time to go through dozens of pictures of flowers, determining what I liked and didn't so she could be sure to have something created that I loved for the wedding day. I gave her free reign after we had chosen specific flowers for the centerpieces and I am so glad I did! They looked way better than I could have imagined and everyone commented on how beautiful they were! Our centerpieces were all different shapes and sizes (which was exactly what I wanted) and our guests loved it too!!! I had gone a little DIY crazy at the beginning of wedding planning and Amy was so sweet to take all of my creations and incorporate them with hers. I truly don't have enough wonderful things to say about Amy, she is fabulous and easy to work with and her flowers are gorgeous and worth the cost. Thank you Amy and Bliss!

After meeting with several florists in Sedona, Bliss was the clear front runner. Amy was professional, responded to calls and emails promptly, and most importantly, listened to my vision and created gorgeous arrangements that far exceeded my expectations. I received so many compliments on my flowers! Everyone loved my bouquet and table centerpieces, my mom and grandmother loved their corsages, and even the groomsmen commented on how much they liked their boutonnieres (... and I don't know many men that care about or even notice the flowers). I am not exaggerating when I say my relatives were fighting over the centerpieces after the reception. Yes, there are cheaper florists in town, but Bliss provides great customer service and a creative vision you will not get anywhere else.

Amy is amazing. By chance we passed by Bliss while driving around and stopped in. Amy was available with her door open and inviting although it was a Saturday when the store is usually only open by appointment. My wife and I shared our color thoughts and Amy immediately knew exactly what flowers would be the perfect fit to match the swatch of my plum colored dress fabric and the accent citron green that I carried in my bag wherever I went. We also rented round centerpiece glass bowls that Amy put together for us with some decorations we purchased separately. Everything was perfect and arrived right on time.

My flowers were unforgettable. Vickie made me feel like this was her wedding too! I had very specific ideas and they turned out better than i had imagined because Vickie was so interested and attentive. My bouquet was especially perfect!

I live in Connecticut and recently got married in Sedona, Arizona. All my contact was with Amy Mills, the owner, and was via email. Amy herself got back to me on every question and concern. I gave her an idea of a muted yellow and orange color palette that is exactly what I received on the big day. I couldn't have been more pleased with my flowers. If you are planing a Sedona wedding near or far, Bliss Florals should be your choice.

Bliss did all of the flowers for our wedding. Amy and her team did a WONDERFUL job! My bouquet was exactly as I described to her. She can make things as simple or as extravagant as you want. We made changes at the last minute (didn't put flowers on the cake & decided to do a rose ceremony) and she was very accommodating. The only small glitch was with communication in the beginning right after we signed the contract. She was in the process of moving her store from one location to another & also changed her email address. When I sent an email to follow up, it took a while to get a response. Probably not her fault but that's why Responsiveness is a 4/5 & not a 5/5.

My bridal bouquet was gorgeous! Bliss Floral was very professional and friendly, and were very receptive to suggestions. Some time after my original floral requests, I contacted them to ask about a switch to a more earthy/herb-y look than I'd originally requested. Along with the original white peonies and roses, they suggested I use lavender and rosemary in our arrangements. Not only did my bouquet SMELL wonderful on my wedding day, but I found out later that the rosemary had been cut from the florists personal garden. One problem: the change in greenery was made to everything but the groom's boutonniere (so, um... it didn't match). Overall, though, highly recommended!

Amy and Vickie at Bliss were awesome to work with! The customer service they gave from minute one totally impressed me and made me so confident in my choice of florist. They listened to our vision for our Sedona wedding and took it to the next level! They especially knocked it out of the park with a very special request we had for our little stuffed monkey ring bearer who drove up the aisle in a remote control motorcycle- they decorated the vehicle and had way too much fun with our little "wow" factor suprise! I am sure we will be working with them again for future events!!

Bliss floral provided my husband's bout and my bridal bouquet. The groom's bout was in white and it was very nice. However I was blown away by my bouquet. I asked for it in hot pink and didn't have a say in the flower choice (it was part of a package deal). However I was in love with my bouquet as soon as I saw it! It was the perfect shade of pink, it matched perfectly, and the flowers were gorgeous! It even had roses and gerbera daisies in it, which are two of my favorites!

My flowers were BEAUTIFUL! We had a short timeframe to make wedding arrangements and Amy did a great job getting back to me in a timely manner. She made the perfect suggestions for our wedding floral arrangements and when they arrived on site, they were PERFECT! I couldn't have been happier with the results. Thanks for helping make our day even more special.

I was feeling so overwhelmed with the flowers, colors and had no idea what I really wanted. All I did was show Amy a photo of my dress, tell her the colors I wanted and she did her magic. So it was nice to be taken care of and her expertise was extremely needed. Thank you both Amy and Vicki for all your help with my flowers. My wedding would not have been complete without you both and your creative ideas. All of the flowers arrived on time. Everything was perfect!

The "A" in Amy is for AMAZING!! I couldn't have asked for a better florist for our wedding. She put together the most amazing bouquet for me and the centerpieces were to die for! We went for a very gathered/hand picked look and she was able to create that feeling with our flowers while still making them look elegant and perfect for a wedding! She was also a life saver as far as our cakes went (she actually rushed back to the shop, day of, so my cakes could have flowers on them!) She went above and beyond and I think the flowers were one of the BEST parts of our wedding!! ~the new Mrs.S~

Amy & her staff is wonderful to work with. I put full trust in her flower choices and bouquet arrangements. I was not disappointed!! The flowers were more than I could ever hope for and fit my theme & style perfectly. Thank you, Amy!!! When the linens I ordered didn't come in, she managed to find replacements quickly. They weren't the color I originally ordered, but they still matched well and she credited our account. She also fulfilled some last minute requests & her costs are reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the results.

When I told Amy I wanted something unique and different for the centerpieces by the creek at Los Abrigados for a rehearsal dinner, she cued right in on my thoughts of doing some tables with desert like colors in unusual flowers, and some tables with exotic grasses. We recently used Bliss Extraordinary Floral for our wedding and we were absolutely thrilled with there service, professionalism and expertice. Our destination wedding in Sedona was a dream come true. Our initial consultation with Bliss was like witnessing a creative think-tank in action. Amy's unique and artistic ideas were brought to life in the most elegant fashion imaginable! Her "Wishing Tree" concept exceeded our expectations. Picture a Bamboo and silk flower tree with personalized messages written by your guests and tied with lovely ribbon to the branches, INSTEAD of a traditional guest book! And designed perfectly in our color theme. Our Chuppah flora was elegantly designed to enhance the Chuppah itself, yet not overshadow it. The table decorations were the exact simple garden-look I was hoping for. Amy's thorough follow-up, quick responses and attention to detail made our planning stress-free. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Bliss for your next event!
