Paula is amazing! First she let us sample any three cakes we would like and gives us her expertise on coming up with a flavor combination. She even allowed each tier of the cake to be a different flavor. She also worked with us in coming up with a price while not jeopardizing taste or appearance. When the wedding day came she was very punctual and even made the time to congratulate us and give me a sneak peak of the cake! Our cake could not have been more perfect and I must give all the credit to Paula!

What can I say... Paula was a delight, so easy to work. The cake was a delicious symphony of chocolaty goodness and pretty to boot. As for the price....Just right !

Paula was wonderful to work with! She incorporated our ideas beautifully. Our cakes and cookies were wonderful, delicious, and we received many compliments from our guests!

She was great! She was very helpful with recommendations for cake filling, style, etc. She also made us these cute little sugar cookies that we handed out as favors. The best part was that she charged half the price of other vendors... I can't imagine they'd have been as helpful or wonderful to work with as Paula.

Paula was absolutely amazing and took on the project of our daughter’s wedding cake with only a couple weeks notice and another wedding party on her hands the same day as ours. Even though I insisted on keeping our cake as simple as possible to not disrupt what she already had in place with her previously scheduled wedding, Paula insisted on taking the extra time and added special touches to our cake. She delivered the cake exactly on time, it was absolutely beautiful, it had texture, flavor and moisture to-die-for, and it fed our entire party with just enough left over for those who desired a second helping. We will most definitely use Paula’s services in the future.

When I started planning my wedding, at first, the cake was one of the things I put off till the end and wasn't too excited about, that is until I found Cakes by Mooshu. I never thought I would be able to have the cake of my dreams, but I did, and the best part about it, was that it was affordable. My fiance and I have opposite work schedules, so going out to several bakeries was out of the question. Paula was able to accommodate our schedules, which is not an easy thing to do. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and once I met her, I felt like I had known her for years. She went above and beyond with our wedding cake, from adding all of the key elements, colors, flavors, and made herself available for us to set it up just the way we had talked about. We literally had to worry about nothing:) She was so amazing, I suggested her to my sister for her wedding next month. I will say that in all the weddings I have been to, usually, no one eats the cake. In our situation, it was much different, because by the end of the night, people were still going back for 2nds & 3rds, so we were left with very little, which was amazing!!! Thank you Paula, I can't wait to have another event where we can utilize you wonderful talents & customer service. You made our special day, 10 times more special than we ever thought it could be!!

Cakes by MooShu was amazing! Paula created a cake exactly how I pictured it! She was very very sweet and constantly made me feel so special. I've already recommended her and my friend getting married in a few weeks is using her as well! Awesome!

Cakes by Mooshu is awesome! She was amazing from day one. I just wanted a very small intimate wedding. I first told her I just wanted a single layer but she encouraged me to do a small tiered cake...and not to mention the price was great! I'm sooo grateful. Paula was just wonderful. She was very helpful and worked with me in everything. She even gave me advice on my bridesmaid dresses, which I followed, and they all looked great!! Paula did an amazing job on our wedding. The cake was very unique, one-of-a-kind, and affordable. We searched the valley for just the right cake; Paula fit our needs. She was willing to make changes and provided us top-notch service. Since the wedding, several guests have commented on our cake. One guest remarked at the detail, in that Paula included an edible image of the bride and groom (not tacky), on the cake. She included all the flowers from our wedding, colors, and a special touch. Only someone who cares about their craft is willing to go the extra mile. We are 110% satisfied and overjoyed. It was truly unique. Planning and organizing our wedding was a very stressful time. We wanted every aspect to be perfect and sometimes things dont turn out the way we picture them or hope for. We met with Paula one time, explained exactly what we were looking for and hoped for the best. Not only was the cake she provided BEAUTIFUL and EXACTLY what we envisioned, it tasted even better than it looked which is not so often the case! The price was almost to good to be true as well which as everyone knows, anywhere you can save with a wedding is a plus! I highly recommend Cakes by Mooshu to anyone in the market for a theme cake, truely top notch!

Let me start by saying that Paula is amazing with her ideas. She created a Rockabilly cake for our wedding shower (which was the coolest and fit perfect with our 50's wedding theme) along with little Rockabilly cakes for everyone to take home as party favors. To this day I am told what a great idea that was and how moist they were! Our wedding cake was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! I was asked by several guests how she did it because most wedding cakes look awesome but don't taste all that great. Ours not only looked absolutley beautiful, they were delicious as well!! All our guests could not get enough. Thank you so much Paula!

Cakes by MooShu made our wedding cake in November 2009 and it was the absolutely most gorgeous cake I've ever seen. It was exactly what we wanted and described. They delivered and set it up before the reception and it was absolutely breath taking. My guests were in awe over how beautiful it was. We had a 4 tiered cake with colored fondant and flowers. She were so helpful and not only did the cake look beautiful it was so moist and delicious, the filling was so creamy. My guest's all raved on the cake. I couldn't of dreamed for a better outcome.
