We used exclusive cakes and all our wedding guest were asking where we ordered our cake from! It was 3 layers and each individual layer was a different flavor! It was exactly what we wanted from taste to how it looked! It was a perfect cake that made a perfect day that much better!

My new husband and I just got married on 10-21-11. I have been to my share of -weddings and wedding cake. I must say (and I am not being bias!) that the cake we had for our wedding was the BEST wedding cake I have EVER had. It was truly phenomenal and it looked FANTASTIC! The almond cake w/ raspberry filling was to die for and everyone raved about it! I can't wait to get the pictures because words can not put it to justice. The service was great and never had a single issue getting in contact with the staff to finalize the details. What a great experience, we loved every second of it.

I ordered my wedding cake from Exclusive Cakes by Nancy Ray and I couldn't have been more pleased, it was wonderful! It tasted amazing and looked beautiful! Everyone at my wedding loved the cake. I received so many compliments about my cake and they couldn't wait to get seconds! The entire process went smoothly... From doing the cake tasting to having her design the cake of my dreams to having it delivered to the venue in perfect condition and on time! We met with Nancy about 9 months ahead of our wedding. She was very nice and answered every question we had and we got to taste many great flavors. We chose white cake with pinnapple filling, marble cake with fudge, and carrot w/ cream cheese. All where delicious but we liked those the best. Everytime we called her with questions she always answered or got back to us by the next day. We wanted matching flowers on our cake but when we found the ones of the right size and color they were too expensive so by the time we called her it was only the month before. She changed it without a problem. The cake was beautiful, moist, delicious, and worh every dollar. I will definetly use her in the future.

Nothing short of amazing - we brought her a picture and an idea with no clue of flavors we wanted or anything else and Nancy brought it all together for us. The cake was amazing, we got so many fabulous compliments! The cake was beautiful and the design was so pretty and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Nancy!

I met with Nancy herself and I got to taste some amazing cake. She even gave us a plate of cake samples to take home to share with the family. Nancy was so nice and flexible with what I wanted, her customer service was up to par. I had a 4-tier cake (including the top cake). The bottom layer was chocolate, the next layer was red velvet, the second layer was carrot cake and the top layer was coconut cake. The cake was decorated with flowers and a purple ribbon around the bottom of each layer. My wedding was on March 19, 2011. I was almost in tears when I saw the cake when it was time for the cake-cutting. It was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! All my guests were raving about the cake and there was little leftover because they kept going back for seconds...and thirds! I am so tempted to eat the top cake in the freezer because of how good I know it will taste but I am consoled by the fact that I will be getting a freshly made top cake on my one-year anniversary. I can't wait!

This cake was DELICIOUS!! Everyone loved the red valvet with cream cheese. Everyone couldn't get enough of it. People are still talking about the cake at our wedding. Nacy was also great to work with. Thank you Nancy!!

Nancy Ray was amazing. My cake was beautiful and what I got to taste of my cake was delicious. I got a 4 tier cake with all different flavors. Nancy Ray was very accomodating when I was very undecisive about what flavors to use. She worked with my reception site and delivered my cake when I wanted. Best cake I have had!!!

Our Wedding Cake was amazing!!!!!! Nancy Rae took her time and helped us invision our dream cake. Nancy sat down with me in person to build my custom wedding cake. She used a design off my invitations that I brought in. The cake was at my venue before I even showed up, so I did not have to worry about it. It was BEAUTIFUL!! The price was part of a package deal I purchased from the reception venue, so I have no idea how much the cake cost, but the cake looked very large, elegant, and impressive. It was exaclty what I wanted and looked better than I imagined. I would definitely use Nancy again in the future. Oh, and it was delicious too!! She will even recreate the top layer of the cake for our anniversary so we dont eat freezer-burned cake on our anniversary.

Absolutely loved how the cake came out, it was gorgeous and was very moist. We had 3 layers with the bottom and top an almond and the middle layer carrot cake with a cream cheese filling. Apparently the carrot cake was a hit because we didn't get the chance to have a bite as we had our first dance while the cake was being passed out. Still to this day my DH talks how he wasn't able to get a piece of the carrot, he chose that layer when we were testing all the flavours and liked that one the best. The wedding was a winter wonderland theme and I was amazed at how well decorated it came out. The details in the cake were awesome and the colors worked perfect! The family is still talking about the cake. Nancy Ray thank you so much for making the cake for our wedding day!
