When we went for our cake tasting with Exclusive Cakes, I had a cold so was not able to really taste the flavor. I had to leave this decision up to my husband, who does not even like cake. I was a bit concerned that he just said it was great to get that part of the planning process over with. As soon as I took a bite of the cake, all my concerns were gone! It was so moist. All of our guests loved it, especially the red velvet. The decor on the cake was exactly what we were hoping for! You can not go wrong with Exclusive Cakes!

Our cake was absoultely delicious! The decoration and set up was so nice. Everyone enjoyed the cake. They were very nice and professional.

We love Exclusive Cakes! My then husband and I went to the cake tasting and asked for seconds because the cake was that great! We wanted something different and Exclusive cakes offered us so many options. They were reasonably priced and very friendly. We even bought an additional sheet cake to take to my husbands job after the wedding. The cake was gorgeous and we loved every bite!

I had almost no idea what I wanted when I arrived at my appointment but the ladies at exclusive cakes made me feel comfortable and gave countless great ideas. The picture albums of the cake designs were very helpful and I feel absolutely satisfied with my cake!!

Our wedding cake was beautiful!!!! We had a 4 tiered square base wedding cake with 3/4 inch rhinestone banding around the base of each tier and a rhinestone monogram of our inital on it. It looked very simple and elegante with a lot of bling! The cake tasted excellent. We were very pleased with our cake! Thanks Nona and the Exclusive cake team!!

We used exclusive cakes and all our wedding guest were asking where we ordered our cake from! It was 3 layers and each individual layer was a different flavor! It was exactly what we wanted from taste to how it looked! It was a perfect cake that made a perfect day that much better!

My new husband and I just got married on 10-21-11. I have been to my share of -weddings and wedding cake. I must say (and I am not being bias!) that the cake we had for our wedding was the BEST wedding cake I have EVER had. It was truly phenomenal and it looked FANTASTIC! The almond cake w/ raspberry filling was to die for and everyone raved about it! I can't wait to get the pictures because words can not put it to justice. The service was great and never had a single issue getting in contact with the staff to finalize the details. What a great experience, we loved every second of it.

I ordered my wedding cake from Exclusive Cakes by Nancy Ray and I couldn't have been more pleased, it was wonderful! It tasted amazing and looked beautiful! Everyone at my wedding loved the cake. I received so many compliments about my cake and they couldn't wait to get seconds! The entire process went smoothly... From doing the cake tasting to having her design the cake of my dreams to having it delivered to the venue in perfect condition and on time! Our Cake was Gorgeous and tasted Phenominal. They really listened to what we wanted/ needed and carried it out. My wedding cake was EVERYTHING I could have hoped for. It was even delivered earlier than I expected and took some wedding day stress off of my shoulders :) I would refer Exclusive cakes to anyone time and time again!

My husband and I were married 4/30/2011 at Cozy Weddings in Gilbert. We were referred to Exclusive Cakes by the owner of Cozy Weddings. We couldn't have been more happy with our wedding cake! We had a very small wedding and the size of the cake was perfect! Our cake was so beautiful! We went in there with a few ideas but weren't really sure exactly what we wanted and the suggestions that were given to us were great. My husband and I couldn't agree on one scroll pattern so they suggested we use a different on on one of the tiers and it turned out so pretty! At first I wasn't sure but they assured us that it would look good and it did. The cake was also very moist and delicious! My mouth is watering now! I want to thank Exclusive Cakes for the prettiest wedding cake ever. We have some great pictures of it too! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a wedding cake or even a birthday cake. Thanks again!

Nothing short of amazing - we brought her a picture and an idea with no clue of flavors we wanted or anything else and Nancy brought it all together for us. I met with Nancy herself and I got to taste some amazing cake. She even gave us a plate of cake samples to take home to share with the family. Nancy was so nice and flexible with what I wanted, her customer service was up to par. I had a 4-tier cake (including the top cake). The bottom layer was chocolate, the next layer was red velvet, the second layer was carrot cake and the top layer was coconut cake. The cake was decorated with flowers and a purple ribbon around the bottom of each layer. My wedding was on March 19, 2011. I was almost in tears when I saw the cake when it was time for the cake-cutting. It was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! All my guests were raving about the cake and there was little leftover because they kept going back for seconds...and thirds! I am so tempted to eat the top cake in the freezer because of how good I know it will taste but I am consoled by the fact that I will be getting a freshly made top cake on my one-year anniversary. I can't wait!

This cake was DELICIOUS!! Everyone loved the red valvet with cream cheese. Everyone couldn't get enough of it. People are still talking about the cake at our wedding. Nacy was also great to work with. Thank you Nancy!!

Our Wedding Cake was amazing!!!!!! Nancy Rae took her time and helped us invision our dream cake. On the day of our wedding it looked like a dream!!
It tasted amazing and everyone couldnt stop commenting on how beutiful the cake was. I never had to worrie about it not being right or being there on time. We are going to use her cakes for every big date for now on.
