Got You Covered!

I had the pleasure of getting Eric to DJ my wedding. He was AWESOME! So great to work with and such a great guy!

It was a pleasure working with Eric! He made our wedding night very special for us and our guest. The music and surprise games kept our guest entertained throughout the night leaving our wedding saying it was "the best wedding we've ever been to!". We greatly appreciate Eric and his attentiveness throughout our wedding night checking in with us (the bride & groom), along with our parents to make sure we felt everything we running smoothly. We enjoyed working with Eric throughout our whole wedding process from our initial meeting to the very last dance at our wedding and can't thank him enough for making our wedding so special!

We were fortunate enough to find Eric and hire him as our DJ. We got married just yesterday and I knew I had to come right on here and review him. If you are considering using Eric for your DJ, do it! He will not disappoint He had a few surprised for us which we absolutely loved! He kept the party going all night. There was not one second where the dance floor was empty. He kept everything moving seamlessly and was a very important part of our dream wedding! We can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was truly a joy to work with!

Oscar kept it pumping, yo! He was so excited after our meeting. I had very specific music requests, and he loved them all! He was open to going with a more modern, upbeat theme. He rocked!!

Oscar was incredible! He really took the party to a whole new level! He took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions. He even stayed for a meeting we had with our wedding coordinator after....a total of 2.5 hours after our meeting! He really cares to make it the night you want. Took so much weight off our shoulders knowing DJ Oscar had the night covered after our Coordinator left. We never noticed a transition! He did a great job all day with mixing with various musicians! Incredible company!

Eric was fantastic and helped make our special day so memorable! He was easy to work with and totally understood our eclectic taste in music. He put together an awesome playlist for the entire evening. Our guests never left the dance floor!

DJ Oscar did a great job for our wedding on 10/15/11. He met with us before to discuss what we type of music we wanted to hear and didn't want to hear at the wedding. He got a feel for us and offered different ideas that we could incorporate into our wedding. He also paid attention to our guests and what they were dancing too. He kept everyone dancing all night. He made our reception so much fun and memorable.

We had a blast at our wedding and we can't thank our DJ Oscar enough for making our event fun! Oscar listened to our requests and really got to know our style. We would not have changed a thing!

We chose "Got You Covered Music" to provide music for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. Our DJ was Oscar and he was awesome! I couldn't be happier with the way things went! He kept the evening flowing and the dance floor was never empty! I highly recommend Got You Covered Music!

I actually work at the venue that we had our wedding at. I met Eric at a wedding he DJ'd at our venue. After seeing him in action first hand, I was impressed. A lot of DJ's come in and appear unprepared. Eric wowed me so much with how on top of everything he was, and how much he kept organized, that I knew immediately who our DJ would be. Fast forward about 8 months, to our wedding day, and I had not one concern as to how his services would turn out. The biggest thing for us was that he seemed to "get us" as a couple, and as individuals. The music was perfect, the flow was great, and I could not recommend him any higher than I do now. (As a side note, I have met a few of his other DJ's, and they have all been equally as exceptional to work with at our venue. If your vendors work seamlessly together, your wedding goes that much smoother.)

Well worth every penny! Eric you rocked! Thanks so much for keeping the party rolling without being one of those cheesy wedding DJ's. We had a blast and so did all our guests. You had the old folks rockin' just like the young kids. It was great to work with you and your company!

Oscar was amazing. From the first to the last meeting, he has great energy and really helped us create an awesome wedding soundtrack. He keeps the crowd moving and dancing. Last minute we had to move the ceremony inside and he gave us some beautiful lighting. This guy is amazing to work with and kept the party going.

I had Oscar DJ my wedding and he made our night so memorable! He played the perfect mix of music for us. Everyone loved being out on the dance floor. And he suggested that we do a different spin on the garter toss by having my husband use a football and Monday night football theme, it was so much fun! Thank you so much for helping make our night film of memories!

Got you covered was fantastic! We had a slight snafu while booking them but they more than made up for it in quality of service. DJ Rob did a great job of getting/keeping the party going. He really understood our musical personalities for both the ceremony and reception. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us translate that into a great night. I had guests walking up to me half way through the reception telling me how great of a job he was doing! We also rented the photo/video booth...the greatest thing ever! Everyone had so much fun with the hats and wigs. Really were some of the best pics we got of the guests! And the video messages that people left us our priceless. They even had brought a little photo album and encouraged the guests to paste in their pics and write us messages. Something I hadn't thought of that they provided and I'm so grateful for it! Plus we got to take home the pictures and videos that night on a flash drive so I got to post those on Facebook instantly for guests to see everyone being silly!

Larry Mac was absolutely incredible for our wedding. He saved the day when our cocktail hour music fell through two hours before the ceremony and was always making sure the evening went exactly as planned.From the ceremony all the way to the last dance, Larry was on top of everything and kept the day flowing.He kept the dance floor full through the whole reception while making sure everyone had fun and got some of their music played. Thank you Larry for making our reception a party for all our guests to remember.Go with Larry Mac and you will not be disappointed!

Our DJ from this company was John White and simply put the best part of our wedding. He is the nicest guy and most awesome DJ. He kept the night so full of energy and fun. Everyone from kids to grandparents loved the music he played. He was super sweet and let knew what you wanted to happen all night. He made the night truly wonderful. He even suprised us when we were opening presents later on with a cd of all the special songs we selected for the night. PLEASE request him you will not regret it!!!

Richard Steele for Got You Covered was absolutely amazing!!!!! Richard- you were a huge part of our special day, and made it perfect. You did such a great job! We have a lot of people who LOVE to dance, and you had the perfect way of keeping the party going! I had at least 20 people BEG me to keep the party going until midnight...and had at least 20 more tell me how awesome of a DJ you were.I really hope you know how much EVERYTHING you did means so much to us....it far surpassed our expectations or any dreams we had of this wonderful day.I can't tell you how much we both loved you and the atmosphere you created!I heard my bridesmaid Jenna...beat-boxed at the end of the night :)Thank you again- we will be in touch...any excuse to have another party...we are definitely calling you!!!!!!Thank you so much....PS...WE LOVED THE BASS!!!!!TJ and Jamie Johnson

Selecting a wedding DJ is always a scary affair, because it can make or break your event... in a big way.Rob Young from Got You Covered definitely MADE our wedding! He is awesome, awesome, awesome!!! He was recommended by our wedding venue, and I am so thankful that we decided to hire him.Throughout the evening, and since the wedding, I have heard "he is the best DJ ever!" "I haven't danced this much in years!" "the DJ is playing the best music!" "this is the funnest wedding I have ever been too!"Our guests were beyond thrilled with Rob. I saw some moves from my friends and family members that night that I had never seen before! I had no idea that my Dad could get down like that, and my 9 year old nephew nervously made his dance floor debut & had the time of his life!!Rob was totally receptive to our song list requests, and he had the most awesome, fun ways to get our guests involved in the party.We are so lucky to have hired him - our main objective was to have a "fun" wedding, and Rob definitely helped us to accomplish that.Thank you Rob!!!
