In The Scene Limousine

Started out with a very nice experience when booking a 37 passenger bus for my wedding. The reservation staff was very accomodating to my questions and two reservation changes.Everything changed on the day of the reservation. The driver was not qualified to operate the bus which was evident when he wasn't able to operate the sound system and most importantly was not able to control the air conditioning and the bus was incredibly warm. The driver was not apologetic, he just kept saying "this isn't my normal bus". Me and my party were very frustrated, and the driver was unable to help and unapologetic. After around one hour of waiting for everyone to load and taking a trip back to the hotel where we were staying, we ended up just cutting him loose for three hours of the four hour period we had booked. When i called to give the company feedback and attempt to recoup some of my money, the owner was defensive, and made very weak excuses for why we were not entitled to a full refund (ex: her-you didn't tip the driver / me-why would we tip the driver when he was underqualified and unhelpful) before i had even asked for one. She never apologized or was willing to admit that there was fault on their side. We receieved a refund for 1 hour of the 4 hour payment.I'm sure i would have a good rating to give, if everything went smoothly, but it didn't, and the customer service was very poor after the fact.

While dealing with them to reserver my "towncar" for my maid of honor and I, it was a breeze. They were so nice, accomodating, I was very pleased. HOWEVER, when the driver they sent picked us up, they sent the wrong car (A BIG SUV, which I didn't want in my wedding photos) and the driver reminded me VERY rudely while I was trying to have a moment with my sister that he will need to be tipped (which I planned, and still DID, even though I didnt want to after he proceeded to DOWN TALK marriage and getting married on my way TO my wedding.) I wouldn't use them again.

We used them for limo transportation after our wedding and we had a great experience. The driver was nice, patient and flexible. There was plenty of space inside and had a great time.

In The Scene Limousine was wonderful.The car is simply stunning, in immaculate condition, and yes, even has AC. After our ceremony, we came out to the car and were greeted with a red carpet and bottle of champagne. I seriously cannot say enough good things about In The Scene Limousine. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The transportation portion (party bus) was outstanding. Definitely a great time. However, the DRIVER ruined the entire night. He was not professional at all, drove unsafe, complained the whole night, got mad that we wanted to extend an hour, and then tried to ask for a TIP after all that. BOOOOO this place!!!!

Our driver was awesome! She was on time and added to our day of happiness.

Our wedding was wonderful and added to the great day was the beautiful limo and very nice driver!

The ride was great. It was very comfortable. The driver seemed to know his way around the city very well. We definitely recommend their service.

I gave this lower marks because we used them twice. The driver we had for the bachelorette party was rude. The gentlemen they sent for the wedding were fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience the second time around.
