Molina Bridal & Tuxedo

I went into Molina Bridal this afternoon with my mom to pay off my wedding dress. Keep in mind, my dress has been there since 6/11. Of course I was notified once it was in the boutique. I made payments on it because at the time, I was unable to try the dress on because I was pregnant. So I figured today I would pay it off and see when I would have to come in for alterations. As soon as we stepped into the boutique, the owner was very polite and began to help me. She made us feel welcome, and she tends to get to know her brides on a personal level. As we were talking, she did notify me that it is prom season and they are BOOKED! Obviously, I haven't tried on the dress at all, so we were all curious to see if it would fit. She explained that it was up in storage and they would need time to get it out. I completely understood! I was in high school, I know how busy prom is, and I wasn't expecting special treatment. She booked my appointment for next week and we continued to talk. After a few minutes, she looked at us and asked if we could give her a second. There were no calls, no one in the boutique, things were quiet. So she took the time to pull my dress down and I was able to put it on for the first time! She advised me that it would be wrinkled (I'd be a fool to think it wouldn't be) but once it's steamed come our wedding, it will be perfect! My mom and I were surprised. She could have easily let us keep the appointment for next week, send us on our way, and take it easy before things got busy. But NO! She took the time to pull my dress from storage and let me try it on so I could finally see what it looked like and how it felt. We felt welcomed from day 1 and this is why we will be coming back to purchase bridesmaids dresses. The women here care about their clients, are up front and honest. I couldn't ask for better service! Thank you so much for taking the time to take care of me and listen.

Sondra is wonderful! I made an appointment for 1 Friday to have a fitting for my wedding gown and the dress was ready the following Thursday! Less than a week and my dress is ready for my day. Not only that, but the prices are unbeatable, Marisela (seamstress) made my dress everything that I wanted it to be - it was beautiful to start but it needed a little something 'extra' and it's now perfect. Sondra is fun and so helpful, it feels like a friend is helping you.

From the first time I stopped in at Molina Bridal I have been treated as a valued customer. Molina Bridal's quality of service has been wonderful. I purchased my dress before I found Molina but because my experience has been great I am having my bridal party have their dresses altered there and the groomsmen will be renting their tuxs from there. Their responsiveness and professionalism is fantastic and they have met every deadline thus far. I feel they work in the best interest of their customers. If I need a party or formal dress in the future, Molina's is my first stop. I know you will love them as I as I have.

Loved the dress, it was gorgeous! Got it for a great price! Also got a tiara and bridal jewelry from them. Got all my bridesmaid's dresses and they turned out awesome.

I Loved working with Molina Bridal... all the girls there were so caring and helpful. I went to a few other bridal boutiques and I just did not get the attention and service that I got at Molina Bridal. Sandra, the owner, has been helping brides and bridesmaids for years, she just knows what it takes to make a happy bride. Sandra, Heather and their team were great. They were able to get me my BEAUTIFUL Maggie dress. All of the other bridal salons I went to kicked me out after an hour. At Molina's you won't find that.

Well what can I say about Molina Bridal. They helped me out when I do I do left me hanging. I wish I would have got my wedding dress here and bridesmaid dresses (but they didn't carry them). Sandra and her co-workers were great!! They helped us with mother's dresses, bridesmaid shoes, tuxedo rentals and steaming and alterations of my wedding dress. There timing on all dresses and shoes were great! Thank you Molina Bridal!!

I found this place through Thee Wedding Warehouse's website of suggested vendors. I called, made an appointment and went in. Its a very small shop, but a lot of dresses. Its not fancy, but comfortable and has the platform to stand on and feel like a bride. I had the names of some of the dresses I liked after checking out the websites of the dresses they carried. I was hooked on the Maggie Sottero gowns. Heather was very helpful in pulling dresses for me to try, and while some were great..I just couldnt find the one.. then she says.. ya know.. "I have one you just may like, but its really different that what you have been trying.. want to give it a try?" I said, sure why not. So she brings in the Reema.. OMG. I put it on and its my dress!! A bit small and in bright white, we decide to order it in the Light Gold color (im a fair skinned redhead) and in a petite length. Now.. we wait. This is early July 10. Wedding date is not yet set, nor am I officially engaged yet either... I understood that my dress would be in sometime in November. Come the first part of Decemeber I am freaking out. No dress yet. I called to see what the status was of my dress, but was told I would get a call back later on.. No phone call that day: Uht oh, better get a plan b dress. Fiance and I go and buy an off the rack dress. Guess what? First dress came in day we bought 2nd dress. Regardless of this little bump.. my dress was gorgeous, and once it was in, my nerves about the dress calmed down as well. Alterations were great and pricing for that was very reasonable. The ladies were always helpful and very friendly. It was a good experience and I would suggest checking them out.

Molina's has a great selection of dresses! I found my dream dress there, and they had the best prices on my dress than anywhere else in the state, they were also very nice to work with.

Bought my shoes and shoes for my bridesmaids and flower girl. Got them custom dyed. Very beautiful shoes at an unbeatable price. Would highly recommend.

I recently picked up my wedding dress, that the Owner, Sondra, said she would store for me. When I went to pick it up, I gave the Associate working my name and immediately, she said "Oh.....I hope we still have your dress" as if they have lost or misplaced dresses in the past. I was on high alert due to this comment, like any bride would be. She returns from going in the back room with what looks like a package due to it being folded up into a rectangle shaped package with twine on either sides. This was how they decided to "store" my dress. She cuts the twine and begins to unravel the dress which was inside a cheap protector. She did not offer to steam the dress and stated "well....here ya go". Needless to say I am severly disappointed with the bridal store, and will NEVER refer anyone and highly recommend others to shop elsewhere. I contacted my wedding planner to let her know what happened and that I am going to need it to be steamed elsewhere as they are not willing to do it nor do I trust them at this point. My planner emailed the owener, Sondra to let her know what occured, even though Sondra was in the back room, listening to the whole thing and did not try to do ANYTHING! Sondra said she tried to call my planner, but yet my planner did not have any missed calls from her. Regardless, my planner emailed her back and set up a specific time for Sondra to call her, which Sondra never did and completely stood up my planner. Clearly communication is a problem for this small business owner as well as with her associates! I am happy I have my dress but man what an ordeal & I hope NO bride has to EVER go through what I experienced as it was purely unprofessional and lacking everything that a service orientated business should care about!!

They were very difficult to work with. Failed to keep us informed of progression on attire. Was rude several times on the phone. Was also very pricey and charged me extra on beads that were not even used on the wedding gown. Very displeased with their service, attitude and professionalism. Will not do business with them again.
