Not only did Suzanne's have the best selection of wedding gowns, they had great customer service! I have already recommended Suzanne's to several friends who are shopping for wedding gowns. They have mostly designer gowns which were a bit more pricey but absolutely worth the extra money! My alterations were done at Suzanne's also and were done quickly and just how I wanted them.

I could not have been happier with my choice of buying my wedding dress from Suzanne's! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the gown selection is vast! Every time I went to Suzanne's I left feeling more and more satisfied. They were very flexible in allowing me to come in a couple extra times to show my mom my gown when she would visit from out of town, as she could not always make the fitting appointments with me, and it was such an important and special moment for us to share...Suzanne's helped make that happen. Suzanne does all the alterations and she's so pleasant to work with and makes you feel so special as the bride. I would recommend Suzanne's to any bride out there looking for that magical dress!

Suzanne's was amazing!! I ordered my maggie sottero from here the dress came in early and the fittings went well. They even offered to keep my dress for me until the day before the wedding since I didn't have any place to keep it. And suzanne is super sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The bridal gown shopping experience was honestly one of the only disappointing things about the entire experience and that is due to Suzanne's bridal. Before I went dress shopping I had searched the bridal shops close to my house and set up appointments to go to them all on the same day. Suzanne's was our first stop and I can say that at first I had a great experience. We worked with one sales person that was able to help me find a dress that I loved. I decided that since this was the first store I went to I should go to a few other stores to compare prices and dresses and if they didn't work out I could go back to Suzannes. Ultimately, we found our way back to Suzannes the following day to purchase a dress I had fallen in love with at the store. The dress itself was absolutely amazing and very well constructed so that was the best part. However, when we first went into the store to try on dresses the sales person really gave me incorrect estimates of the cost of the dress. She had told us on Saturday that the alterations were included in the cost of the dress and it didn't cost extra, as well as the fact that the rush fee for getting the dress in would be a small amount compared to what I actually had to pay. I felt like the whole dress purchasing was very rushed through by the sales people and very deceiving in terms of cost. I spoke with the manager of the store and they refused to budge at all on any of the prices of the rush fee or alterations even though their sales person blatantly lied. Although I did love the dress, the overall experience with the store was awful.

Great place to find the perfect dress, and they have all ranges of pricing and styles. They were very helpful through the whole process of choosing and fitting a dress. My only problems were that the price was raised in just about a week of my finding a dress and actually purchasing it, which was a bit daunting, but that may have been out of their hands anyway - and that as an out-of-town bride, I needed special times to come to dress fittings, which were tricky to work around their schedule. Overall, great though.

Suzanne and the whole crew at Suzanne's Bridal were great. I met them at a bridal expo, where I also fell in love with my dress. The staff is great about giving honest opinions and knows how to flatter your shape. There were several instances where I had to change my appointment time and they were always very understanding and accommodating. Even when my mom was in town for the holidays they let us come in so that I could show her the dress (it wasn't quite finished with alterations yet). Suzanne paid very close attention to detail and the dress and alterations turned out beautifully!

My dress and alterations turned out great. They have a huge selection of dresses but they are VERY overpriced on their accessories and alterations. Their customer service isn't great. I showed up for my third fitting appointment and Suzanne was still in the back working on my alterations from two weeks prior which resulted in me having to wait there for 40 minutes for her to finish. I made an appointment to pick up my dress 5 days prior to my wedding and when I showed up was when they informed me that the dress needed to be stored out of the bag and hanging high enough to where the train of the dress could hang down to the ground. I don't have anywhere like that to store the dress at my house so I had to leave Suzanne's and make alternate plans to have someone else pick up my dress the day before the wedding because I live an hour away. So no, I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

Sweet, wonderful, patient girls who helped me pick out the prettiest dress! Suzanne herself did 3 fittings before she let me make it home so we both knew it would be amazing. Support your local small businesses!

The employees were always so nice & helpful. Suzanne was sweet & did a great job altering my dress. I loved that she does all the altering! I loved my dress too. I had NO issues with anything or anyone. I definitely recommend Suzanne's Bridal Boutique to anyone!

This place had a wide variety of gowns in any price range- they do their own alterations and they also provide a variety of shoes and accessories. I love my wedding dress and the hair pieces we found to match!

I was thankful for meeting Suzanne and her staff. I believe things happen for a reason. I might have had to go through an emotional rollercoaster but Suzanne's Bridal Boutique was where the ride ended. She welcomed me with open arms and told me “Go Play”. After trying on a few dresses and seeing what I liked her staffed pulled a dress that was everything I asked for. I got it! My mom, sister-in-law and I just knew this was it. My mom even found her dress there for my wedding and Suzanne customized the dress to make it everything my mom wanted too. Each fitting was a joy and well worth the 30-mile drive because I knew I was going to a good place. Suzanne even does amazing alterations. Like I mention she did my moms and mine. I wanted a small change to the neckline and I got the perfect sweetheart neckline. Suzanne and her staff demonstrated professionalism, experience and enthusiasm through out each visit. I LOVE my dress, my veil, guarder and mother of the bride dress. I received so many compliments on my dress and I owe that all to Suzanne's Bridal Boutique. I can’t say enough about how amazing Suzanne and her staff is. Suzanne's Bridal Boutique is the only place brides should shop!

When I walked into Suzanne's I had no clue what style I wanted, what shape, or even what color of wedding dress I wanted. The staff helped me find the perfect dress. All the staff there is so friendly and helpful. And Suzanne is a WOOT! She is so funny and wonderful. I am going to recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for making me look like a princess :)

I found Suzanne's Bridal on a wedding salon search for Kitty Chen vendors in AZ (I was in search of the Daisy!); I feel that I am EXTREMELY fortunate to have found Suzanne's Bridal within my search! Suzanne has a wonderful dress selection at very affordable prices. The staff at the salon are friendly, helpful, and patient and are willing to work with you at every level. Suzanne herself is very sweet. She customized my dress to make it exactly what I wanted and asked for, and she remained patient with me even after my buying a new slip required her to let out my skirt (after having perfectly hemmed my dress prior to my purchase!). If you are in search of a quality salon with good help, a great owner, an amazing seamstress, and affordable gowns, Suzanne's Bridal is the bridal salon you're searching for!

Brides ... your in great hands with Suzanne and her entire staff! While the store is not a super trendy place with lots of fancy surroundings ... you do get 100% devoted attention! From the moment I stepped in, to my alterations, and everything in between .. the staff at Suzannes was amazing!!!

My wife was very happy with the quality of service provide by Suzanne and her assistants. She gave my wife all the time she wanted whenever trying on new dresses and at all of her fittings. She was able to accommodate my wife on late notice changes for her scheduled fittings. My wife loved her dress and has already recommended Suzanne's to several of her friends.

Suzanne's was EXCELLENT!! All the girls are super helpful there. My experience was great there and I would highly recommend going there for your gown and accessory needs. :)

I absolutely cannot say enough about Suzanne's to do justice to how thankful I am that I chose her as my bridal boutique!!! I purchased my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride dresses through her and the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As with any wedding, there were a few last minute problems with my wedding party and she was very laid back and accomidating throughout it all. I have recommended her shop to every bride I have met in the past year and I will definitely continue to do so! I received sooo many compliments on my dress and never want to take it off! Thank you thank you thank you for making my day so much easier and stress free!

The dress purchase was great and the overall selection was very impressive. The alterations were a horrible experience. I had a very simple chiffon gown and was told that I needed 3 fittings. The dress was still being altered at each fitting and each appointment started 20-30 minutes late and was not complete by the final fitting. When I picked the dress up, the final details were still not correct and I had my mother fix it for me. I would not recommend alterations at Suzanne's, period. I was advised to order my dress a bit too big, which would have been fine, but the alterations were a big disappointment. I think the store needs additional staff for alterations so they can be done on time and with more attention to detail as the shop owner also does all of the alterations. I would recommend this store for dress selection but look elsewhere for alterations if you want a quality job and don't want to waste time waiting at appointments.

I got my dress here. I opted for a plain dress that I could alter by adding beading and buttons down the back. It turned out perfectly. I think people watch too much tv and expect all bridal salons to be like Kleinfeild. I think the focus should be on finding an amazing dress for a great price and having an amazing seamstress make it fit and flatter your body perfectly. You will never see Suzanne lounging around. Every time I'm there she is in the back maticulously working on dresses. There's a reason she is so busy. And that is because her dresses are BEAUTIFUL! It took me a few tries to find my dress. Each time I was allowed to run through every rack and dress on my own WHICH i prefer! I think no one knows you like yourself, but i was grateful to her staff for helping me in my final decision as I had no family here in AZ to help me ( they are all in NY) My mother did not see my dress until the day of my wedding. She LOVED IT! I do wish more recepetion dresses were offered but having been to 13 plus stores I realized no one is really carrying them, but I did truly love my gown! Thank you for making me look beautiful!
