Tri-Rentals - Phoenix

this place is terrible I had friends that told me this was the place to go,but after what i experienced i recommend NOBODY should go through them if you cant find the number it is (480)507-0999. highly recommend them

Tri-Rentals provided our linens, tables, chairs and utensils. They worked well with our wedding coordinator and has good prices. They attended our walk through and helped solve some of our problems. I would definitely use them again.

Cindy Derango at Tri-Rentals was fantastic. We ordered our Chiavari chairs and they were picked up and delivered on time without any hiccups all! I would DEFINITELY recommend Tri-Rentals and will definitely use them in the future they were a pleasure to work with!

Use this place at your own peril! They are unorganized and overpriced. I was planning a massive event in Arizona and this seemed to be the company to use. Their prices are seriously about 70-80% of what it costs to just purchase items outright (in some cases, they were actually more). I don't mind paying a premium for good quality and excellent service but the quality of their furniture is EXACTLY the same as everything else in the area and the service is deplorable. It usually takes four phone calls and several emails just to get a return phone call and the NEVER answer the phone. There is always an excuse for why no one answers the phone but I am guessing they just run this out of a warehouse that also sells used U-hauls. Finally... WATCH YOUR INVOICE! I was getting ready to okay my invoice when suddenly I noticed I was getting charged for things that either I did not order or that should have been included. One instance was that they charged me extra for garbage can lids. When I asked about this they told me it was because their clients have a habit of stealing them. REALLY?!? People steal garbage cans? With a little searching, you can find FANTASTIC companies in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and Cottonwood that cater to event rental needs. You will also find that their cost will be about 1/3 of what this place charges. Save some money, save some time and save your peace of mind - stay away from this company!

They were great to work with! James met me months before the wedding to show me samples and he even set up a table for me so I could see what the linens and chairs would like like. His assistant Tyler was so responsive every time I had a qustion. The day of they set everything up on time and it looked beautiful! I rented bengaline lines and napkins, as well as chivari chairs with bengaline cushions and everything looked amazing. Great product and great service!

Everything was perfect with all the ordering and delivery and pick up. the only downside was the tables were kinda old and tore up and the table clothes werent all that clean.

We used Tri-Rentals for back yard rehearsal dinner rentals as well as for reception venue decorations. They came out to the reception site in advance and had some great suggestions about decorating the place. They also provided a computer-generated plan of the venue where everything would go. Our wedding coordinator mostly dealt with them, but from what we could tell there were no communication issues. Rentals were nice quality, and delivery was timely and professional. Very satisfied.

They were wonderful! We had so many people comment on how fabulous the glassware was, which I didn't really expect, but it was cool! They were really easy to work with and worked with a lot of changes and stuff last minute.

Gave fast service when orders needed to be adjusted and worked with time schedules

Tri-Rentals was very helpful in sitting down with us to figure out everything that we needed- we had a backyard wedding and no experience in throwing such a big event, so the sales representative made sure that we had everything covered- the few things we did forget about, they easily added on the contract. It did seem a little expensive, but the quality of the items rented was above average. I would recommend Tri-Rentals to other couples planning outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Julie at Tri-rentals was a pleasure to work with. I rented a red carpet and was a little dissapointed to find out wedding day that they had given us 1/2 the carpet! My wedding planner called Tri-rentals and had them deliver the other half. I was also suprize that the carpet wasn't one long piece.... My sales rep forgot to mention this to me... kind of an issue... other than that the payment process, pick up and service to fix the mistake were great. If you plan on using them, delivery costs are expensive and make sure you touch and feel everything you're renting... take a hands on approach and it will all be wonderful.

Tri Rentals was wonderful in providing the rentals we needed, but there was a lot of confusion when it came to the contract. Our venue provided some rentals and they also use Tri Rentals which made for a confusing ordering process. In the end everything worked out perfectly and I was very happy with the final product.

Every thing we rented came out great. They helped us pick out great colors and supplies. We had a really unique ceremony/reception site and they were able to make it work. They had people come out ahead of time to look at the place and create a plan that would fit all of our people. All the items were high quality and did not look cheap or ratty. We loved it all. They were flexible as we kept adding things up until a few days before and they had no problem. The prices were a little higher than I thought but I don't have a basis as this is my first event rental. The staff was very friendly.

Tri-City Rentals was reliable, and the people were very courteous and professional. What I liked best about working with them was their flexibility in combining our delivery costs with the costs already associated with the venue's delivery costs. They did not charge us extra. We really shopped around, and their prices were very reasonable. Everything went smoothly - from drop off to pick up the Monday after our wedding.

I loved Tri Rental! We worked with Debbie and she was amazing! If you work with Tri Rental ask for her! She even came out with the delivery to help us set up! I highly recommend Tri Rental for any event you have!
