Trilogy at Vistancia

We fell in love with Trilogy at Vistancia as soon as we drove on to the property, and then fell even more when we met Sylvanna. She was so helpful and sweet. She helped with everything along the way. Our original DJ cancelled a few months before the wedding and Sylvanna immediately started emailing all of the DJs she knew to help us find a replacement. Thanks to her, we did find one, and he was great. Also, I had a flower disaster about 40 minutes before the ceremony began. Again, Sylvanna went into action immediately to find new flowers. She called all the local florists to see if they had any of the flowers I wanted and then she wrapped and created beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and me, so that we were all set to walk down the aisle. Sylvanna was amazing and I really cannot say enough positive things about her! And the venue turned out absolutely gorgeous! We had many out-of-town guests and they were just blown away by the whole venue. Everyone kept telling us how beautiful the venue was all night! We had such an incredible night and it definitely wouldn't have been possible without Sylvanna and Trilogy at Vistancia!...

I did not use Vistancia for my wedding, but I did use Sylvanna their event coordinator, as I had worked with her before on other events and knew she would do a great job. She is so sweet and easy to work with. Anyone who gets to utilize Sylvanna as their coordinator for ANY event at Vistancia is in for a treat!

OMG! Everything was perfect! The grounds, the staff, the setup, the decor! I know they couldn't control the weather but even that was perfect! Sylvanna was a life saver. I didn't have a coordinator so I was doing everything myself and didn't really have a clue as to what I was doing. Sylvanna stepped in and put me in touch with a wonderful florist that created the most beautiful bouquet and center pieces within my budget. And then on my wedding day, the photographer I contracted with went to the wrong location then refused to even try and make it to my wedding. Sylvanna got on the phone and had a professional photographer there within an hour! She was such a joy to work with.

This place is amazing! I couldnt have asked for a more perfect night. Sylvanna was SO amazing and made our night stress free. She was always there when we needed her and was one step ahead of us. We cannot thank Trilogy enough for everything they did to make our wedding perfect!

My wedding at Trilogy was better than my expectations. I attend school in Utah, but my family is in Arizona. Sylvanna kept in contact with me through the entire wedding process through email and phone. Her responses were always same day and even though I had to plan all the way from Utah, the process couldn't have been easier. The site is absolutely beautiful! Everything was better than I expected and on my wedding day I did not have any stress and I was not bothered by any issues or concerns. The staff and the members of the course were very friendly! It was the best wedding I could have ever imagined!

My daughter was recently married at Trilogy at Vistancia. It was absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Sylvana was amazing. She made me feel so at ease from the beginning. She was extremely helpful in planning, and always very professional. Sylvana was easy to get a hold of and always got back to me quickly about any questions or concerns. The night went so smooth, and every part of it was beautiful, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and the reception. My daughters wedding turned out better than i ever imagined. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Trilogy is amazing, we got married here this past spring and couldn't ask for anything more. Jenn was great to work with and definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Trilogy for your wedding or any event.

We recently got married at Trilogy at Vistancia and I was blown away at how amazing our wedding was because of Jenn and all the staff members that made our night perfect. Not to mention the views & ballroom are just gorgeous. Our guests loved being able to go outside and sit around the firepits or smoke cigars and then come in and dance... it was perfect. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding!

My initial coordinator (Kassie) was not helpful or responsive but she didn't come back after maternity leave (thank goodness for me) so I was contacted by her replacement (Jenn) who was GREAT!! I can't say enough good things about our experience there! Jenn made it a great experience and a great reception! Highly recommend this venue!

Great day! Our whole wedding went perfectly. Our guests thought it was a beautiful site, wonderful food, and a staff that was on their game. The staff was very polite and courteous. The bar was flowing and had everything our guests asked for. Every little detail we had asked for was done! It was absolutely perfect. We are so happy we chose Trilogy as our location!

Kassie made our wedding day amazing. The venue is beautiful and the Kiva Club reception room was perfect. They were flexible with our schedule to meet and work out details and thought of things that made our wedding go so smooth. They worked with all of my vendors to make sure all of it was set up and running on schedule. The backdrop for the ceremony was breathtaking with an amazing backdrop for pictures. The day of the wedding Kassie and Daniel helped us to make it perfect!

Fabulous!!!! The best Wedding Ever!!! At least thats what everyone is saying and i thought so too.

Trilogy was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Kassie DiMase is AWESOME. She helped with so many decisions and made sure that my day went off without a hitch. She also referred me to my florist, photobooth and photographer who were also just as AMAZING as she was. I would definately recommend this place and Kassie's services, they will all make your day a day to remember!!!

Trilogy was a great venue for my event. The facilites are beautiful and the staff especially Kassie are extremely professional and helpful with making all of your details come together. I would definitely recommend them.
