Verde Valley Rentals

We contacted Verde Valley Rentals thru our cater, they were really good, they let us change our orders a couple of times, even just 2 days before the wedding. Their staff was helpful, they actually showed us different ways our tables could look in the spot. I think prices are a little high, however they are pretty much the same prices everywhere. The rentals were in really good shape. I would definitely recommend them.

The day before the wedding they were supposed to drop off the lights to the venue and they never showed up so I called and they had forgotten to put on the truck. They finally made it but made the guy setting up have to stay late. Then 3 hours before the wedding called me and told me they double booked my chairs and I had no chair for my wedding!!!! They said they would refund the money for the chair and would find replacements but the chairs at the reception were so ugly and ruined the look I took 2 years trying to create. I was devistated!!! I am so upset and I will never have another wedding so keep this in mind before using them.

Scott was extremely patient and made great suggestions when we were short on ideas. They were able to accommodate a last minute request for tent/heaters etc due to unexpected inclement weather on our big day (although it wasn't cheap). As well, when the crew came to do the set-up, they were very friendly and helped with ideas for the lay-out. For the most part they did a very good job at a decent price. My only complaint would be the dirty chairs....

Verde Valley Rentals was great! We had a TON of changes with the numbers, and the whole time, they were understanding. The crew who set up everything was great, they were there on time, and worked quickly, and they set up everything just the way that we wanted it. Everything we rented was definately worth the price we paid. All in all, I would definately reccomend Verde Valley Rental to any one who asked. Thank you Verde Valley Rentals for making my wedding beautiful!

My experience with Verde Valley Rentals was terrible. I traveled cross-country for an appointment to sort out details- during my appointment, the woman was distracted by some dogs playing in the office, I had to ask my questions 2 & 3 times and finally wave my hand in the air in front of her to get her attention back to our appointment. They also couldn't give me linen color samples because they didn't have any. Working over email to finalize the order, our rental picks would change from invoice to invoice for no apparent reason, so we had to call and email them constantly to get the order correct- and sometimes would wait over a week with no response. In the end, all of my efforts to have them get it right didn't work, and they delivered the wrong linen color- which looked tacky. In our follow up, they would not acknowledge our concerns, the owner went so far as to yell & hang up on my mother. He then contacted me by email asking if I had photos of the reception- I provided them to him, and it was obvious from the color swatches on his website compared to my wedding photos that it was the wrong color, but he still would do nothing. The issue finally "ended" because they simply refused to answer emails. response to VVR comments below: I think most business owners would've taken my comments to heart to try to improve customer service, not blame the customer for giving them the benefit of the doubt. furthermore, as stated above, I asked repeatedly for linen color samples and they said did not have any to give me. Color swatches were NOT available at their order desk. Also, I did not ask for a full refund, we asked for some fees back because we were charged for tear-down of the event, which they did not do-- lies and empty accusations will not get you very far when dealing with customers.

I am an event planner. We hired Verde Valley Rentals for our wedding event rentals. It was a large wedding; almost 300 guests. There were several large tents to set up, lights, tables, etc. The crew was extremely hardworking and courteous. They worked for 2 days to set up the event and went above and beyond making sure the rentals would be more than perfect for our event. Ann Steward, Event Execz by Ann, LLC

They have a vast selection of goods for rent. They worked well within our time frame for delivery and pick up and also were flexible with our changes in numbers of chairs we reserved. We also were pleased with there efforts to accomodate our particular requests in regard to placement and set up of chairs and tables.

Verde Valley was kind enough to bring the rentals to my "out of the way" reception, but when i got the chairs and tables, they were so dirty it took an entire day just to get them looking decent.

Great. Only had to book a month in advance. Only thing is I wish they didn't just dump the stuff in your driveway. I wish they had an option (for a fee of course) for their moving men to set up the tables and chairs. But they have a flexible 3-day window for you to use the equipment and get it ready for repick-up. Can't be picky about tables and chairs. This company has about the same prices as their competition.

Prompt, on time, and very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend and use for other parties!

They did a great job- got our tent up early, tables & chairs set up, lighting set up and dance floor set up. They also provided table clothes and glassware rentals. They were very timely. We loved Kenny.

We were originally going to use chairs @ the place we were staying. One week before the wedding we realized there were too few and decided to go ahead and rent chairs. We called verde valley and even though it was such short notice they accomodated us. We were so thrilled at how they helped us when we were in a crunch.

This company was not the greatest in the world the chairs we rented from them were very dirty. We had to wash them off 30 minutes before our wedding. The Walk way how ever was for a good price. There professionalism was not in existence. I was not happy and I would not reccommend them to anyone.
