Windsor Coach

West with Windsor Coach is a pleasure to work with. He takes great care of his unique cars. We enjoyed the Rolls Royce in order to accomodate 5 people, but he also has a great Bently in his fleet. This was a fun way to travel to our venue in style.

We had requested the Rolls Royce for our wedding and about 30 minutes before our wedding began we got a phone call saying that the car broke down and he doesn't know if he'll have any vehicle to pick us up in. After the ceremony we got another call saying that he would be picking us up in the Bentley which was fine. When he had arrived he was supposed to be dressed in a specific attire, a red carpet, and wine in the vehicle. None of that happened. He did get us to the location and we had an enjoyable ride. The downside was when we confronted him about certain things not being done he had an attitude and made excuses and never took responsibility for it. We found it very unprofessional.

I am speechless on how beautiful the car was. It was awesome to walk out of our church and see the car sitting there with West waiting looking dapper and professional. He was very cordial and accomodating as we left the church and drove to our reception. He was very personable and put up with our photographer as she was demanding with poses at the reception site. To top it all off, we had the red carpet rolled out for us and a glass of champagne.

This Rolls Royce is absolutely even more gorgeous in person than you can imagine! West was very professional and friendly, and always responded to phone calls and emails ASAP. It was a really impressive wedding get-away car, and I would recommend Windsor Coach to anyone who loves cars or is marrying a car-guy!
